In the interests of fairness I stopped and grabbed some of the ‘commercial’ jerky I frequently disparage. So how does this stack up against the rest? Well it gets of to a good start, opening the packet and you have a nice flavoursome smell, very little meat and definitely no gamey aroma here. This is going to appeal immediately to the mass market.
